Understudy, the cocktail arm of Bakery by Textbook, is looking for a server who’s down to be part of a small, sharp, fast-moving team. You’ll be working alongside a chef and bartender—just the three of you bringing warmth, precision, and good energy to our guests.
This role is perfect for someone who loves to move, multitask, and connect with people. You'll be serving thoughtfully crafted food and drinks, helping with light hosting (like greeting, seating, and managing a tight reservation flow), and making sure every table feels seen and taken care of.
And if you're interested in learning how to bartend, this is the place.
You’ll support our bartender in barback duties—restocking, prepping, and getting to know our ingredients and systems from the inside out. It’s a true behind-the-bar education for someone ready to grow into cocktail service.

The Schedule:
Expect a 4-day work week, Thursday to Saturday.
