Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and executive based in New York City-Brooklyn. This is a full-time, fast-paced position ideal for someone resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with discretion and grace.
Responsibilities include:
Managing schedules, calendar, and appointments
Handling calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive
Coordinating travel, meetings, and reservations
Running personal errands and managing day-to-day tasks
Supporting business and personal projects
Liaising with vendors, staff, and clients
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
ETC.
Qualifications:
Based in NYC or willing to commute to Brooklyn
Tech-literate and familiar with Google Suite, calendar management, and task tracking tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a โget-it-doneโ attitude
Experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Highly reliable, organized, and polished
