Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Phoenix HVAC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking directly with residential and commercial clients, identifying their needs, proposing tailored HVAC solutions, and closing sales for installation, maintenance, or repair services.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with clients, builders, or property managers
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC systems or services (brands, efficiency levels, available rebates, etc.)
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and financing options when applicable
Follow up on leads and opportunities until the sale is closed
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate service delivery
Record customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
Attend basic technical training to better understand HVAC products and services
Represent Phoenix HVAC with professionalism, integrity, and care
Requirements:
Experience in HVAC, construction, energy, or service-based sales (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
Professional appearance and confidence when meeting with clients
Ability to understand and explain basic technical information clearly
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, WhatsApp Business)
Valid driver's license (preferred)
