Operations Supervisor
Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
Ensure operations staff are submitting client's utility bills to Accounts Payable on a weekly basis for processing.
Request Emergency Assistance to assist clients in paying clients' portion of utility bills, if needed.
Investigate clients' complaints of unpaid utility bills; case conference with case manager and client, if necessary.
Ensure operations staff submit their program's updated and accurate client-lease listing to supervisory staff on a monthly basis.
Process and review work orders in work order system, as well as, assigning new work orders to maintenance staff, following up on work orders completed
Maintain good working relationships with landlords and building superintendents.
Conduct counseling sessions and prepare employee written warnings.
Communicate with peers in other programs on issues related to client progress.
Train staff in program responsibilities, processes and procedures and ensures that staff meets contract requirements.
Maintain accurate records (i.e. furniture, maintenance supplies, food, office stock) on premises and/or in community-based apartments,
Respond immediately to emergencies and inform supervisor.
Work with staff to set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in accordance with contract requirements..
Assist the Senior Program Supervisor and/or Senior Program Manager of Operations with program oversight..
Participate in staff/funder/outside agency meetings and trainings as requested.
