🔧 Key Responsibilities
Prospect New Business: Actively seek out new clients in both residential and commercial markets through calls, emails, job site visits, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Own Your Pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Provide regular updates on your pipeline and activity.
Conduct Sales Meetings: Run virtual and in-person meetings to review architectural plans, propose solutions, and present estimates.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with architects, contractors, and homeowners. Be a resource before, during, and after the sale.
Coordinate Internally: Work with estimating, operations, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Track Everything: Use our CRM system to stay on top of follow-ups, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Learn the Product: Become an expert in European window systems and what makes them stand out in luxury projects. We’ll provide full training.
✅ What You Need
Proven sales experience (construction, architecture, or building materials a plus)
Strong self-management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations (or a willingness to learn quickly)
Comfortable using digital tools: CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings and job sites
Industry knowledge of windows & doors is helpful, but not required — we’ll train you if you’re the right fit
💰 Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $50,000 + depending on experience and performance
Commission: Competitive and uncapped — if you hit your sales minimum, you’ll easily clear the $100K mark
Bonuses: Annual performance-based incentives
