About the Role:
We’re looking for charismatic, friendly individuals to join our team as Sushi Rollers. No sushi-making experience required—we’ll train you! As a Roller, you’ll work at our sushi counter, preparing and serving hand rolls directly to guests while creating a lively, welcoming dining experience.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve hand rolls at the counter in front of guests
Engage with customers to provide a memorable, interactive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Support your teammates to keep service smooth and fun
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude & strong communication skills
Comfortable interacting with guests in a high-energy environment
Ability to learn quickly—no prior sushi experience necessary
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Pay & Perks:
$18/hr
