Position: Recruiter (Home Care & Day Care Program)
-Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and recruit participants for our Adult Day Care Program
-Build strong referral networks with community partners, hospitals, and care professionals
-Develop and maintain outreach strategies to attract new clients
-Provide compassionate and professional guidance to families seeking care solutions
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in Home Care or Healthcare Recruitment is a key advantage
✅ Strong communication and networking skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals
✅ Passion for serving seniors, adults with special needs, and their families
