We are looking for a reliable Maintenance & Repair Technician who can handle small bathroom repairs and general apartment fixes. This is a full-time role, must have experience.
Responsibilities:
Bathroom repairs (toilets, sinks, faucets, shower heads, drains, caulking, tiles, etc.)
Sheetrock patching, wall repair, and painting touch-ups
Small apartment fixes (doors, locks, minor carpentry, etc.)
Troubleshoot issues and let us know if a bigger contractor is required
Communicate clearly with updates (text/pictures)
Requirements:
Must have a car
Hands-on experience with bathroom repairs, sheetrock, and painting
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Professional, detail-oriented, and respectful in tenant spaces
Dependable and able to complete jobs efficiently.
