BKB | Brooklyn Brasserie is hiring experienced Line Cooks for our brand new French-Belgian restaurant in the heart of Bed-Stuy.
We’ll be open for lunch, brunch, and dinner, serving feel-good dishes with classic techniques and bold, seasonal flavors. Think moules frites, croque monsieur, braised meats, and rich sauces—done right.
What we’re looking for:
Line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Comfortable with prep, hot line, and cold station
Clean, organized, and consistent under pressure
Positive attitude and good communication
Available for brunch, lunch, and dinner shifts (weekends a must)
