Office Manager Wanted for Pinocchio Woodworks
compensation: $25/hr
employment type: part-time
remote but one in-person meeting a month required.
Pinocchio Woodworks is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to assist the owner in managing the business side of the wood shop. The successful candidate will be relied upon to organize all of the administrative activities that facilitates the smooth operation of the wood shop (contacting clients, suppliers, elaborating estimates, billing practices, etc.).
A successful candidate will also assist in taking care of personal matters of the owner/CEO. This is a one day a week, remote position with additional duties throughout the week as needed. There is a potential for an increase in working hours dependent on scope of work.
Any knowledge and experience with the woodworking industry is a plus.
Requirements:
A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks
Excellent writing skills (English)
Spanish speaker (Preferred)
Excellent Mac computers skills (Numbers, Pages, iCal)
Excellent web surfing skills
Driver's License
Good at working under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
