An online trade publication catering to lawyers is looking to hire an intermediate-level graphic designer for a part-time (4 hours a day) role in its South Brooklyn office. No remote work being offered.
The publication sells electronic badges and physical plaques to lawyers and law firms. The main work responsibilities include personalizing/customizing customers' electronic badges and digital proofs for physical plaques. Both assignments are currently performed in a semi-automated mode using Adobe Photoshop actions.
An ideal candidate is someone who:
• Has a strong command of Adobe Photoshop, including Photoshop actions, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Has daily availability to work 4+ hours (Monday-Friday). The right candidate may eventually be offered a full-time role.
• Comfortable working with predesigned templates and image automation.
• Creative, yet disciplined enough to stick to an established protocol and delivery schedule.
