Courier Standard Operation procedure
Pay :
- [ ] 5$ envelopes small bags under 10lbs
- [ ] 8$ bags ,garment bags , boxes , bags up-to 25lbs
- [ ] 10$ laundry over 25lbs ,oversized (can’t fit in a traditional messenger bag),pic frames,shoes,carpet samples
- [ ] 12$ laundry over 27lb-40lbs bulk oversized needs a car or cargo bike
- [ ] 14$ laundry 50lbs /less than a mile in vicinity
- [ ] 18$ laundry 50lbs /over a mile in vicinity
- [ ] Vehicle job is 65$-75$
- [ ] Leave the city 50$
- [ ] Training is minimum wage per hour 5 hour shift up to 6months in time
Payment:
- [ ] 10-14 days pay structure
- [ ] Cash app sends to the IRS no Zelle no Vimeo !!
- [ ] If you request early pay you must wait for you next payment 10-14 days
- [ ] Wire transfer cost 22$ ( If you want it to be transferred immediately it will cost 22$)
- [ ] Brokerage must finish all work (they are subject to termination without notification)
Operations
- [ ] Couriers are required to be cordial and have a neat appearance (violations may require termination)
- [ ] You can only deny 2 jobs in 48 hours (you maybe suspended for 2-7days)
- [ ] Must always cover your destined area (Williamsburg,midtown,downtown , East New York:Flatbush,bed stuy,dumbo ,queens)
- [ ] Only work in two- five hour shifts !!Must give two hours before you shift starts to let us know if you can’t make it in!!(you maybe suspended 2-7days if you fail to inform us of your lateness)
