We’re looking for licensed real estate agents to join our fast-growing NYC team as Showing Agents.
You’ll handle showings only — no marketing, no paperwork, no cold calls. We provide qualified clients and listings, including Section 8 and CityFHEPS voucher clients, so you can focus on closing deals.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Show voucher apartments (Section 8, CityFHEPS, SOTA, etc.) to pre-qualified clients
Show Luxury Listings across all 5 boroughs
Communicate feedback to our team — we handle the paperwork

30% commission for your first 4 deals while training
40% commission after experience gained

👤 Ideal Candidate
Must hold an active NY Real Estate License (or be ready to activate)
Must be prepared to transfer your license to Voro Realty
Having a car or reliable transportation is a plus
Full-time and ready to work daily
