We’re a small, independent hospitality group with two lively Black Forest Brooklyn Biergartens and Fritz Cocktail Bar — our Berlin-inspired craft cocktail spot.
We care about integrity, consistency, and real hospitality — not trends or shortcuts. Our team is made up of people who take pride in their work, respect each other, and deliver a great experience every time, no matter how busy it gets.
We’re hiring Cocktail Bartenders who bring both skill and substance.
🍸 At Fritz Cocktail Bar (Fulton Street):
For the cocktail nerds who care about detail, balance, and precision. You’ll follow our tested recipes and procedures, contribute ideas thoughtfully, and help maintain the high standard our regulars expect.
