We need an **Executive Administrator** who can serve as the **organizational backbone** and a highly proactive, discreet, and sharp operator for all operations.

## 🎯 The Mission: Executive Command Center & Operational Pulse
You will maintain a constant pulse on everything—from major catering events to external business ventures and complex administrative tasks.
### 1. High-Level Executive Support & Execution
* **Real-Time Support:** Attend all meetings, internal or external events, and community functions with the executive. You are expected to be **hands-on, listening in, and making notes in real-time.**
* **Immediate Follow-Up:** Immediately after a meeting, quickly and accurately **type up notes and execute all required next steps** and follow-up tasks to completion.
* **Task Ownership:** Manage the executive's calendar and inbox, prioritizing and monitoring all tasks to ensure follow-through by all parties.
* **Discreet & Professional:** Maintain an exceptional level of confidentiality and professionalism while being **energetic, snappy, and sharp** in thought and execution.
### 2. Research, Troubleshooting, and General Business
* **Relentless Resource:** Act as a critical thinker who can **research, get quotes, and troubleshoot** any topic requested—from securing new **equipment**, construction bids, vetting **personnel (HR)**, to tracking **legal** or general business requirements.
* **Utilize Downtime:** Proactively manage parallel projects and other business interests when the office is quiet, ensuring you always keep your **finger on the pulse** of all responsibilities.
* **Computer Savvy a Must:** You must be quick, highly proficient, and able to troubleshoot technical issues.
### 3. Core Catering Operations & Event Execution
* **Meticulous Data Mastery:** **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable** for all operational tracking, costing, inventory, and data management.
* **Event Logistical Oversight:** Meticulously type up event orders, coordinate all catering logistics (rentals, staffing, deliveries), and ensure flawless event setup.
* **Customer Service:** Serve as a professional client contact, conducting follow-up and formal thank-you communications.

* **Driver’s License:** Must possess a **valid U.S. Driver’s License** for occasional business needs.
### 💰 Compensation
We offer an annual salary range of **$55,000 - $65,000** for candidates who can step immediately into the full Executive Administrator role. Highly motivated individuals who fit the culture but require more training may begin on an **hourly basis ($20 - $30/hr)** with a direct path to the salaried manager position.
