OFFICE ASSISTANT/TAX PREPAPER

We are a Tax office and Security Guard Company located in the East New York section. We are in need of an Office assistant with the following Key responsibilities:
•Making phone calls, pursuing leads with excellent and professional verbal communication skills in English
• Great customer service skills. Be polite, professional and patient
• Preparing individual personal income tax returns (No experience needed )
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
• Most have a high school diploma
