We are not a standard restaurant. We are a fast-paced, high-volume dynamic catering and food service operation seeking an exceptional, experienced Chef / Lead Cook to head our kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional ready to step into a leadership role focused purely on advanced cooking, quality, and mentorship.

Your Role (Culinary Leadership):
This position is all about advanced cooking, menu execution, quality control, and kitchen leadership. You will be the culinary lead responsible for:
Leading and executing all aspects of food preparation and cooking to the highest standards.
Developing and refining recipes; expertly seasoning and balancing flavors.
Guiding and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
Collaborating on menu planning and special event catering.
Schedule & Availability:
Full-Time, Immediate Start Available.
Core Schedule: Sunday – Friday.
Mandatory availability for all legal holidays and occasional Saturdays as needed.
We Require:
Proven Track Record as an experienced Chef or Lead Cook in a high-volume catering or food service setting.
Exceptional knife skills and comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Strong leadership abilities and a passion for mentorship.
Must speak English and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Massive Plus: Extensive Kosher catering/food service experience is highly preferred. please Mention it if you are ! mention "kosher" this in the subject line
Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License for occasional business needs.
Brooklyn Local Highly Preferred for reliability.
