Commercial production kitchen, looking for a capable administrative Coordinator.
Skills
Must have knowledge of Excel & google templates to create all kinds of menus etc.

The responsibilities/qualifications of the position include but are not limited to:
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Promptly responding to all incoming phone calls and emails
• Experience with catering/event software a HUGE plus
• Highly organized with precise attention to detail
• Working closely with other departments
• Inventory
• Placing orders & following up with back orders
• Preventing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Must be calm, punctual, motivated with a positive outlook.
• Flexible to assist with all food service projects and management needs
• Schedule staff ,waiters, chefs, kitchen staff, dishwashers, porters.
• Track information for payroll.
