Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions, delivering both bedside care and patient education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
- Provide direct patient care including wound care, IV management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a safe, sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in any U.S. state or Canada (assistance with endorsement available).
- 1+ years of RN experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-centered care skills.
