Inventory – Management and Tracking
Ensure all inventory is stored properly where it is easy to identify and locate.
Inventory level should be reported to the Logistics Specialist.
All inventory should be counted and reviewed on a weekly basis with the Logistics Specialist.
All incoming Inventory must be checked for any damages, missing parts, and actual count.
Packaging slips must be scanned and sent to the Logistics Specialist.
Organize all supplies in the facility by size, name, and type.
Ensure the front store is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.
Preparation of Deliveries.
Construct equipment such as POVs, Concentrators, Suction machines, and Pumps that require assembly.
Prepare drivers for delivery.
Gather all supplies which are scheduled for delivery a day before.
Print out Delivery Tickets as necessary.
Print out the Delivery Schedule.
Always check that all the products are correct before releasing them from the warehouse.
Commence final inspection of products for damage before transferring them to the drivers for delivery.
Ensure all equipment is CLEAN and ready to use.
Repairs and Maintenance of equipment.
Restore supplies such as batteries, motors, wheels, and other items that require replacement.
Repair any broken equipment.
Clean all returned equipment upon arrival prior to stocking it.
All returned equipment must have a tag.
Date returned.
Patient details (name, address) where the equipment came from.
Inspected or Not Inspected and the Person who’s in charge.
All returned equipment must be cleaned, disinfected, and covered with Plastic Bag so that it is ready to be dispensed.
Maintain a pleasant office environment that is always ready for business.
Ensure the front and back of the office is clear of filled-up garbage cans.
Remove empty boxes, pallets, and any other litter.
Refill paper towels, water, and alcohol sanitizer.
Ensure the sidewalk is clean and has no debris or snow/ice.
Ensure the parking lot is clear and has no debris or snow/ice.
Ensure that the office is operational and there isn’t any reason for the staff to prevent them from working.
Ensure cleanliness and organization inside and outside of the office.
Work directly with Logistics Specialist and Inventory/Purchasing Supervisor to uphold records of supplies.
Prepared to perform emergency deliveries in absence of drivers.
Learn new processes and skills.
Open and prepare the facility early to be work-ready for the staff.
Have familiarity with the production and warehouse environment.
