We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused Catering & Events Coordinator / Operations Manager to be the driving force behind our thriving event catering office. This is not just an administrative role; you will be the single point of contact responsible for the entire life cycle of an event—from the initial client inquiry to the flawless execution of the final plate.

About the Role: The Heart of Our Operations
You will manage the catering office and all event planning, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional client communication, and immaculate event execution. This role requires flexibility and commitment, including working weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule dictated by our events calendar.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Own):
1. Office & Client Management (The Front Lines):
Reservations & Sales: Manage all inbound inquiries, phone lines, reservations, and client communication with warmth and professionalism.
Order & Inventory: Process and track all client orders, working closely with the kitchen and purchasing teams.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clients feel calm, supported, and confident throughout the planning process.
2. Event Planning & Logistics (The Details):
End-to-End Planning: Design, plan, and organize all logistical details for events, from small office catering to large-scale receptions.
Operational Paperwork: Utilize advanced Excel skills for budgeting, costing, staffing sheets, and complex task management.
Aesthetic & Presentation: Focus on the detailed aesthetics of event setup, including buffet presentation, table arrangements, and overall event flow.
3. On-Site & Staff Management (The Execution):
Staffing & Training: Manage and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) staff (waiters, servers), scheduling, and training.
Event Leadership: Be the calming, supporting presence on-site, managing FOH operations, ensuring the staff executes the event plan perfectly, and addressing any last-minute needs with a proactive, positive attitude.
The Ideal Candidate (The Owner):
Experience: Proven background in event planning, hospitality, or office management within a high-volume setting.
Mindset: Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented hustler who can manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for budgeting and operational management.
Hospitality Focus: Naturally friendly, warm, and professional. Someone who embodies the "Yes" attitude and strives for exceptional client satisfaction.
