We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and responsible individual to provide 10-20 hours per week of support to a 15-year-old with non-aggressive behavioral challenges. This position involves assisting the teenager both at home and in the community with life skills development, promoting safe behaviors, and fostering independence. The hours will take place after-school 1-2 days per week, and/or possibly weekends.
The ideal candidates have some experience with ABA, are genuinely happy working with children, are socially outgoing, patient and able to handle challenging situations with calmness, empathy and professionalism.
