Internship Opportunity – Essential Elegance Inc.
📍 Location: New York City (Travel within NY & NJ)
Essential Elegance Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in design, space planning, and creative development.
Compensation
• $10–$15/hour starting
• $20–$25/hour based on skills and experience
• Travel expenses covered (train fare within NY & NJ)
Responsibilities
• Travel to various project locations across New York & New Jersey (via train)
• Take accurate on-site measurements
• Convert measurements into AutoCAD drawings ( preferred)
• Create 2D and 3D renderings (AutoCAD, SketchUp) ( preferred)
• Develop mood boards and visual concepts
• Assist with documentation using Excel and Google Sheets
Requirements
• Must be based in NYC
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp ( preferred)
• Strong understanding of 2D & 3D rendering ( preferred)
• Ability to create professional mood boards
• Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

• Interior design, architecture, or design student/recent graduate
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative with a practical mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and on-site
