Responsibilities:
- Be on-time
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Verify insurance benefits, discuss payment plans and payment options
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or medical front desk is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and practice management software is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
