What You’ll Be Doing
Managing client communication during onboarding and active projects
Scheduling calls, sending intake materials, and setting expectations
Collecting, organizing, and tracking client documents
Following up on missing items and upcoming deadlines
Coordinating between clients and internal team members
Keeping systems, portals, and records accurate and up to date
Making sure the client experience feels smooth, professional, and handled
This is a hands-on, client-facing role — not passive customer service.
