Our established and growing Personal Injury law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is able to manage cases independently, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional support to clients and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury files
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers
Request, organize, and review medical records and bills
Draft letters, demands, and case correspondence
Maintain accurate case notes and track deadlines
Support attorneys and case managers with day-to-day tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in Personal Injury (pre-litigation preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with case management systems (a plus)
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive salary based on experience
Full-time, in-office position (Brooklyn 11223)
