FOREMAN – General knowledge of materials and methods for this field of work (TxDOT Highway Electrical). Provide hands on assistance to operators, skilled laborers and common laborers. Coordinate daily crew tasks with superintendents. Document crew man hours and daily production. Must possess knowledge of backhoe, trencher, bucket truck, and crane truck operation. Assist in loading and transporting equipment to and from job sites.
OPERATORS – Experience with backhoe, trencher, mini-excavator, skid steer, bucket truck, digger derrick and crane truck preferred. Must proficiently operate and maintain listed equipment, load and transport equipment to and from the job site. Skilled Laborer duties also apply.
SKILLED LABORERS – General knowledge of materials and methods for TxDOT highway electrical work required. Compensation:
Based on experience Despite a change in Minnesota state law, Marijuana (THC or CDB) is still a Schedule I Controlled Substance under the Federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970. According to the United States Department of Transportation, state laws have no impact on the testing regulations and requirements for obtaining or maintaining a CDL.
The use of Marijuana (THC) by a commercial driver utilizing a CDL is therefore prohibited, regardless of whether the drug was taken for recreational or medical purposes, or whether or not marijuana use was legal in the applicable state.

The Minnesota Teamster apprenticeship program is now accepting applications for the position of Driver Apprentice for the 2026 construction season. Earn up to $42.00 an hour after apprenticeship is completed. Starting pay starts at 60% that's approximately $25.00, with full benefits including health care and a retirement that is zero cost you. You will get full scale after you work 2000 hours, with a ten percent pay increase every 500 hours until that 2000 hour mark. (Total package is over $65.00 at journey person rate!)

What You’ll Do:

Lift 25–40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team assistance
Work outdoors or inside unfinished buildings, sometimes without climate control
Follow all instructions and safety guidelines
