- Greet & assist customers with shipping, mailing & other postal services
- Provide exceptional customer service every day
- Process sales transactions quickly & accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized & professional
- Handle documents, packaging & office services with accountability
- Be reliable, punctual & accountable
π‘ WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR:
- Preferably local to 11232 zip code
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly navigate computers, web browsers, and different software tools.
- Must be punctual, accountable & friendly
- Dependable, professional & detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers & multitasking
- Strong communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
