Seeking a commercial cleaner for a part-time position we have available. You MUST be willing and able to work as a commercial cleaner 6-7 days a week. We have a small staff, and teamwork is vital to our company. We cross train so that all staff knows how to operate all aspects of their role and other tasks that our business needs. Shifts start at 10:30PM Sunday-Thursday & 11:30PM Friday and Saturday. You must have open availability to work 6-7 days per week. Weekends are mandatory.
We are a small establishment with a small staff. Once you are on the schedule, there is no calling out last minute or coming late, we need reliable people who are willing to commit and perform the job efficiently, effectively and to maintain high levels of cleanliness within our facility!
If you want steady, long-term employment, with a set schedule and a solid income, this is a great position for you. We want someone who is looking for longevity, growth and someone who wants to be comfortable in their place of work for 2+ years.
We are seeking someone who has 2+ years in commercial cleaning including but not limited to:
-Sweeping and mopping all rooms
- Sweeping and mopping stairways
-Cleaning bathroom stalls
-Cleaning showers
-Cleaning bathroom counters
-Disinfecting all touchable surfaces: chairs, benches, doorknobs
-Cleaning windows once per week.
-other misc. cleaning tasks.
We need someone reliable and consistent who does not cut corners and who can work this shift 6-7 days a week. Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. Must be able to work on their feet and carry heavy items up and down stairs. Cleaning must be completed so that we can open our doors for business promptly at 9am. If you are able to do the job 6-7 days a week with minimal callouts, you will be a great addition to our team. The hourly rate for this position is minimum wage with opportunities for growth within the company depending on your work ethic, and overall job performance.
Management has done this work, and we know exactly what can be accomplished in 1-2.5 hours.
