We are looking for the following candidate:
CAM programmer proficient in Fusion 360 to create programs for precision parts and components. We manufacture a variety of equipment to tight tolerances..
Your work:
Program parts in Fusion 360 CAM for our machines:
Okuma Genos M560-V 3 and 4-axis vertical mill
Bridgeport GX-480
Okuma Lathe L250
Tsugami C180 Swiss CNC lathe (dual spindle, live tooling)
Generate toolpaths for aluminum and steel precision parts
Optimize programs for cycle time and tool life
Create post-processed G-code ready to run
You Should Have:
Strong Fusion 360 CAM experience (ideally 2+ years)
Understanding of Swiss lathe programming or willingness to learn
Multi-axis mill programming experience (4th/5th axis)
Knowledge of speeds/feeds for aluminum and steel
Ability to work from SolidWorks or STEP files
Detail-oriented approach to tight tolerance work (+/- 0.001”)
Bonus: Experience with Okuma, Fanuc, or Tsugami machines/ controllers, precision manufacturing background
