Looking for experienced expert bagel hand-roller/baker. Looking for full-time, long-term, 6 days per week baker, available to work from 5am-11:30am Tuesday through Sunday. Competitive salary based on experience and quality.
Must make excellent quality hand-rolled, traditional NYC bagels using our recipes. We use top quality ingredients and have well-maintained equipment. Kitchen is sunny, spacious, and a pleasant place to work. Approximately 15 50-lb bags of flour per week for bagels, plus baking muffins from pre-made batter daily.
MUST BE WELL-TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED IN HAND-ROLLED BAGEL MAKING, AND READY TO ROLL AND BAKE FROM DAY ONE. This is not a training program.
