We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Cable Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems, including internet, TV, and phone services for residential customers.
Responsibilities
Install, terminate, and test coaxial and fiber optic cables
Perform service upgrades and equipment installations
Troubleshoot and resolve signal and connectivity issues
Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety regulations
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
Accurately complete work orders and documentation
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License (DL)
Valid Social Security Number (authorized to work in the U.S.)
Clean background record
Previous experience in cable installation preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
