Our fast-growing immigration law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Immigration Paralegal fluent in Georgian to join our team.
We handle affirmative and defensive asylum, VAWA, marriage-based petitions, detention cases, appeals, habeas corpus, and family reunification. This is an excellent opportunity for a serious immigration professional seeking long-term growth in a dynamic and supportive firm environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in Georgian and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• At least two (2) years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a law firm setting (experience helping family or friends does not qualify).
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: asylum (affirmative or defensive), VAWA, marriage-based petitions, detention, appeals, habeas corpus, or family reunification.
• Strong ability to communicate directly with Georgian-speaking clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Experience translating and interpreting between Georgian and English.
• Ability to prepare and file immigration applications and supporting documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills when interacting with courts and government agencies.
• Availability for full-time, long-term employment. Current students or candidates preparing for exams should not apply.
• Ability to commute to our Brighton Beach office. This is an in-office position; remote or hybrid work is not available.
