Busy immigration law office seeking an experienced USCIS Immigration Paralegal for a full-time, in-office position.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year USCIS immigration experience.
* Experience with marriage-based (I-130/I-485), VAWA, and asylum (I-589) cases.
* Fluent in English + at least one additional language.
* Strong writing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and prepare USCIS filings.
* Conduct client intakes.
* Gather supporting documents and prepare declarations.
* Manage case deadlines and client communication.
Starting salary: $35.00 - $50.00 hourly, depending on experience.
