7 Leaf Clover is hiring full-time Budtenders / Sales Associates for our licensed Williamsburg dispensary. We promote from within and are building our next generation of shift leads and retail managers.
We are a small, hands-on team. Standards are high, and strong performers grow quickly.
🌿 What You’ll Do
Deliver confident, high-energy customer service
Provide personalized cannabis and wellness recommendations
Educate customers on product benefits, effects, and usage
Maintain deep familiarity with product offerings
Execute strict ID verification and compliance procedures
Support inventory, merchandising, and floor standards
Help maintain a focused, positive retail environment
✅ Required
2+ years retail or customer-facing experience (high-volume strongly preferred)
Comfortable using POS systems
Full availability including nights and weekends (4–5 days/week)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to stay productive and focused throughout your shift
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in cannabis, wellness, supplements, and psychedelics
Professional, positive, team-first mindset

Working knowledge or fluency in Spanish
Dispensary experience
Bi- or multi-lingual (please list languages)
Strong cannabis product knowledge
