We’re the dinner program of La cantine.
Open 5 nights a week, we offer a very seasonal rotating menu mixing some French and European inspirations. We have a high season during spring and summer and are looking to grow our team with an experienced lead line cook. Must have 2 year minimum in a fast paced kitchen, experience with expediting, hot & cold station station, pasta is a plus! Must have the food handlers and strong understanding of NYC DOH requirements.
Must love food, be able to taste meat & fish dishes. Great team work, no yelling bullying or mocking. This is a very respectful kitchen, we work hard together to deliver great food. Must be available to work weekends. Shifts are mostly 3:30pm-11:30pm
