Experienced Graphic Designer – Packaging & Product (Full-Time, In-House – Brooklyn Near Industry City)
We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to help elevate our creative team.
This is not a sit-back-and-review role. You’ll be actively designing, and pushing ideas forward every day. If you love packaging, product, and building great design from concept to production — this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Be a key member in creative direction across packaging, product, and marketing materials
Design and oversee production-ready packaging artwork
Help Create compelling product proposals and presentations
Retouch and composite imagery for packaging and lifestyle visuals
Produce high-quality package & product renderings
Develop new packaging concepts, layouts, and visual systems
Work alongside a small in-house design team (5-10 people)
Coordinate approvals, factory communication, and production files
What We’re Looking For:
Strong portfolio showing packaging + product work
Expert in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Deep understanding of print production & packaging workflows
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects
