Kinoko is a Japanese fusion restaurant in Greenpoint, with a Southern / Cajun kick! We are looking for a strong hot line cook to join our small but mighty team. Applicant must have atleast 2 years minimum experience as a line cook and knowledge and experience with Japanese cuisine (or Cajun cuisine) and dumpling prep is a plus!
