WINNER is a welcoming place for the community to gather, enjoy delicious food, and experience great service. Job Description We are looking for a dependable Transfer Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting food, supplies, and other goods between WINNER locations and delivering to wholesale and catering clients throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. This is a vital operations role that ensures our food gets where it needs to go—on time, safely, and in top condition. Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles safely and professionally to complete internal transfers and external deliveries. Deliver prepared food and products to wholesale and catering clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of service. Follow designated delivery routes and schedules; communicate proactively about delays or issues. Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring goods are secured and protected in transit. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and report maintenance or safety issues immediately. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records in accordance with company requirements. Comply with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and WINNER safety procedures at all times. Represent WINNER with professionalism and courtesy at every delivery location. Delivery Zones & Vehicle Information Current delivery zones include Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Additional zones may be added as the business grows. Company vehicles include small electric, hybrid, and gas-powered cars, as well as small sprinter vans. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required for this position. Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Prior experience as a delivery or transfer driver, especially in a food service or hospitality setting, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with NYC traffic patterns, parking, and efficient routing. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs, up and down stairs. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to follow all company protocols and DOT compliance procedures.
