Ceremonia Bakeshop is a small family owned & operated bakery. We make & bake everything fresh in house. We also have a small brunch menu that is made to order. We are looking for a Line Cook who will help coordinate/execute food preparation to the business standards. The Line Cook will ensure the operations are running smoothly while maintaining a clean work area. They will also be responsible for participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures as well as keeping track of inventory.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum two years experience
- Food handlers certification required
- Experience with prep work
- Experience using standard kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, inductions etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to adapt, learn and work under pressure
- Ability to maintain a hygienic work environment & cleaning routinely while following safety & security measures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must work Friday’s, Saturday’s & Sunday’s
