We are looking for experienced interior remodelers for ongoing residential projects in NYC and NJ.
Requirements:
Ability to handle full interior remodeling tasks from start to finish
Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle*
Able to work independently and follow project scope
Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
Work Includes:
General interior renovations
Framing and layout
Drywall installation and finishing
Tile work (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, backsplashes)
Interior painting and prep
Demolition and site prep
Basic carpentry (doors, trim, baseboards, molding)
Minor plumbing work (fixtures, vanities, toilets)
Minor electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches)
Pay based on experience
You must have your own vehicle and tools for this position. Ability to commute to NYC boroughs & NJ if needed.
