Roman's is seeking a Porter/Dishwasher with Thursday - Sunday nighttime availability.

Key responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the basement, kitchen, and storage areas
- Take out trash, recycling, and compost in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies and alert management when inventory needs replenishing
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

While performing the duties of the job, a Porter is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
