We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Smoothie Truck Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality smoothies, açaí bowls, juices,providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized food truck environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately (cash and card)
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, including food prep areas and equipment
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support inventory tracking and report low stock items
