Bartender (Cross-Trained) – Juliette Restaurant (Williamsburg, Brooklyn)
Juliette is a French bistro in Williamsburg serving casual fine dining French fare, classic cocktails, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere. We are seeking a cross-trained bartender to join our team—someone who can comfortably hold both sides of the room, behind the bar and on the floor, with ease, awareness, and a genuine love for hospitality.
We are looking for both a full time and part time position to fill some openings and support us as we open our rooftop season.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Serving experience —must be comfortable taking tables and providing full service when needed
Ability to handle high-volume service with precision and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Professional, warm, and engaging—able to build rapport and turn guests into regulars
Solid knowledge of food and table service
Role Details:
Bartender during brunch, dinner and high-volume service shifts
During weekday lunch shifts, bartenders will also take tables and provide full service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
Work collaboratively with the floor team to ensure smooth service
Compensation:
Hourly + tips (details discussed during interview)

Juliette has been a neighborhood landmark for over 20 years, known for great food, warm service, and a beautiful antique French aesthetic. Under new ownership and a new head chef, we’ve built a strong team culture and an upgraded menu, and we’re excited to carry that momentum into the spring season.
We serve a mix of Williamsburg locals, a lively brunch crowd, and plenty of NYC visitors. The space is bright, welcoming, and full of natural light—an environment that puts both guests and staff at ease.
