We’re a small, local property management company looking for a reliable and versatile handyman to help with day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our properties.
**What we’re looking for:**
* Experience with general repairs (plumbing, electrical basics, painting, carpentry, etc.)
* Ability to troubleshoot and handle a variety of small maintenance tasks
* Dependable, punctual, and responsive
* Own tools and transportation preferred
**Typical tasks include:**
* Minor plumbing and electrical fixes
* Apartment turnovers (patching, painting, light repairs)
*Cleaning
* Installing fixtures and appliances
* General upkeep and maintenance
