Position:
The Back Server plays a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop strong hospitality skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with clear opportunities for growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menu items
- Support table service, including mise en place and table maintenance
- Prioritize cleanliness and general upkeep of the dining and service areas
- Assist in delivering food to tables promptly and accurately
- Participate in dishwashing and polishing of glassware, in collaboration with all team members, including servers, managers, and kitchen staff
