Seeking experienced line + pastry cooks to join our kitchen team at Public Records in Brooklyn
Description of role: 30- 38 hours between Wednesday - Sunday ( Hours dependent on role)
- Set up + stock station according to prep pars
- Cook + prepare food in accordance to menu requirements
- Ensure integrity of dishes set by CDC, Kitchen Management
- Work efficiently to maintain ticket times and structure of shift
- Work in accordance to health and safety standards and protocols
