Simms Career Center is hiring phone sales representatives to work from our office in Flatbush, Brooklyn. We are a career training center helping people build skills that pay them every year, and we need motivated communicators to help enroll new students.
We are only hiring 4 people. This is intentional — we want to work closely with a small team, train you well, and help you earn as much as possible.
The role:
You will call people who have already shown interest in our programs — these are warm leads, not cold calls. We give you the leads, the script, and the training. Your job is to connect with people, answer their questions, and help them take the next step.
Requirements:
- Must report to our office at 2113 Nostrand Ave, Flatbush Brooklyn daily
- Strong phone presence — clear, friendly, and confident
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow a structured call process
- No sales experience required — full training provided
- Bilingual a major plus (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other languages)
Pay and schedule:
- $15 to $30 per hour depending on performance
- Part-time hours, Monday through Saturday
- Weekly pay
- Bonuses tied to enrolment performance
