PIZZA CREW – BUILD A NEW TEAM (BROOKLYN)
Location: Park Slope/Clinton Hill, Brooklyn
Shops: Brooklyn DOP + Fastlife Pizza
Schedule: Full-time preferred (Part-time possible)
Pay: $19–$23/hr + tips depending on skill
This Is Not a Basic Pizza Job
We’re rebuilding the pizza team at Fastlife Pizza and Brooklyn DOP and looking for serious pizza people who want responsibility and the chance to shape a kitchen.
If you want to punch a clock and go home, this probably isn’t the place.
If you take pride in dough, ovens, and running a tight service — we want to meet you.
What We're Building
Two shops focused on high-quality New York pizza with disciplined systems for dough, bake, and service.
We’re assembling a new crew of strong pizzaiolos who can help stabilize and grow the operation.
The right people will have real opportunity to move into leadership roles quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Stretching and topping NY-style pizzas
• Running deck ovens during busy service
• Managing ticket flow and communication with FOH
• Maintaining dough handling standards and station organization
• Supporting prep and dough production when needed
• Helping train newer crew members as the team grows
Who We're Looking For
We want people who take pride in the craft.
Ideal candidates:
• 2+ years pizza experience (NY-style preferred)
• Comfortable working an oven during a rush
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Clean, organized, disciplined worker
• Reliable and serious about the job
• Interested in helping build a strong team
If you have leadership experience running a pizza station, even better.
