We are hiring an HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to prepare takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals for HVAC and Plumbing projects.
Responsibilities
Review drawings, specs, and addenda to define project scope
Perform digital takeoffs for ductwork, piping, equipment, and accessories
Build labor estimates using historical data and industry standards
Prepare clear bid proposals with defined inclusions and exclusions
Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and project handoffs
Qualifications
1–2+ years of estimating experience in HVAC,or plumbing construction
Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Solid communication and time management
